Ecfifi: Um, ok. ... Assuming you meant your comment unironically, and are of the curious mental state where wearing bright colors to work makes you happy, I'll have to disagree with you. I used to work in a genuinely hellish office, and wearing nice clothes doesn't do a thing. You're just wearing a nice shirt while you hate yourself, instead of wearing a plain shirt while you hate yourself. Not really much change.
Unless of course the comment was a joke, in which case, good one.
