I'm 26 and I have heard of Murrow. Then again, it might just be because there is a public High Scholl about 5 blocks form my house named after him.
Avtually, in the Seinfeld episode where his agent books him a speaking engagemnt at a public school, that is the school shown as the one he is speking in. Don't know why I shared all that but I did.

I'd heard of Murrow, too, and knew a bit about his WWII work and some of his TV work. But that was about it. Now I'd like to know more about him, but not from the movie. Looking to a movie for a history lesson is a pretty bad idea; that's how people wind up thinking Stone's JFK is a good movie.
